Yes, he called her that. No idea where the learned the term.
Speaking of the little miss, she’s sick, so we ended up canceling our trip to Ohio at the last minute–the kids and I stayed home and sent Matt along without us. Tallulah’s so congested that a red eye flight would have been a nightmare. Henry’s only slightly sniffly, but we didn’t want to risk his infecting anyone at the wedding.
It was a bummer but we’re now thinking we’ll head to Ohio in July instead of San Diego.

Our friend Ed Peterson, who is a very talented photographer, passed through Portland on his way to take his family to Disneyland this August. He invited us to drop by the hotel for a mini-shoot. Tallulah was in uncharacteristically sour spirits but somehow the photos still turned out lovely. I credit Ed.
